Accommodations

• Maximum 8 guests

• Minimum age of primary renter: 21

• Non-smoking villa

• No pets

• Check In – 3:00 pm / Check Out – 10:00 am

• No parties/events without consent from property manager.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking. 50% due at booking and 50% due 60 days out. After that, cancel up to 30 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund, minus the service fee.

Damage and incidentals

• Security Deposit: If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500.
