“My wife and I take an annual trip with a group of friends and decided to head to the Caribbean this year. We were referred to this gorgeous house by a family friend and couldn't have been happier with our choice of accommodations. It's a short drive into Cruz Bay to enjoy happy hour, dinner, beaches, and some cute little shops at Mongoose Junction. If you're seeking reservations at any of St. John's restaurants, the property manager Drew is incredibly helpful (he even got us a last minute reservation at Morgan's Mango on Lobster night!). The house itself is fantastic, especially when travelling with friends. The kitchen is fully updated with new, stainless steel gas appliances and granite countertops. It is fully equipped with all of the cookware you can imagine (toaster, blender, pots and pans in all sizes and an elaborate collection of serving vessels and flatware). There's also a Webber gas grill on the back patio. We cooked most of our meals in, especially after a successful day fishing! The rooms are fantastic. 4 full suites that are connected to the main house but completely private. There's chilly AC in all four rooms and private bathrooms with double sinks in each. The highlight of the house however is the pool that overlooks Rendezvous and Fish Bays. Swimming around with pina coladas in hand and watching the iguanas nibble at the leaves became a favourite pastime for the week. If you're beaching it, the beach towels and full washer/dryer are a big plus. We couldn't have been happier with our time on St. John and we spent a majority of it at this gorgeous home.”

“The house was perfect for a group of 8. The rooms were spacious and private. The pool was lovely. Great location, close to Cruz bay for great restaurants and shopping. Drew was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He answered every question and was super helpful, he made the trip seamless. I would definitely stay at this property again.”

“We had the pleasure of staying 9 nights in this villa. The set up is great with a centrally located living area and bedrooms privately situated on the ends of the upper and lower level. The den kitchen area is large and the 6 of us had plenty of space to move around without bumping into one another. Each bathroom window overlooked the amazing ocean view. The pool and Hottub also overlook the ocean and are situated perfectly to soak while watching the sunset.

We liked the location as it was close to town, but also close to 104 if you wish to jump over to coral bay.

Drew the house manager is very easy to work with while going through the rental process as well as during our stay. It’s amazing the house fared so well during the hurricanes. We drove by several villas we’ve rented in the past and most were heavily damaged.

I wouldn’t hesitate to rent through Drew or rent this villa again in the future.”

The photographs actually do not capture how beautiful it is in real life. The property itself is beautiful, comfortable, well maintained and has a great layout for a family or multiple couples. The high end toiletries like in a hotel were much appreciated. They beds were very comfortable. Although we wanted to get away we did need some connectivity and the wifi was excellent. We cooked breakfast in every day, packed our lunches in the large cooler and headed to the beach in brand new beach chairs. The location allows easy access to both north and south shore beaches Cruz Bay etc The property manager Drew was the best we have dealt with in our 16 years visiting St. John! My husband said. Don't write too good a review or it won't be available when we want to return! I guess I have to be honest and take that chance

This is my second stay at this beautiful home. The pool is amazing ! The veranda gives breath taking views of the water. You can relax outside after a long day of snorkeling or hang out inside in living room and watch tv or movies comfortably with a group. Cook on the new stove in the amazing kitchen for any meal and enjoy it on the large dining room table. The bed rooms are huge with walk ins, giant bath rooms with double vanity, and COLD AC you can use for sound sleep. My downstairs bedroom is decorated beautiful with new bedding. I love the walk in tile shower and the open feeling. The new washer/dryer will keep your clothes fresh! Beach towels are provided so you don't need to pack them! The birds, frogs, and iguana were also outside to add to the experience. Cruz Bay is close to the house for happy hour and for beaches and snorkeling. I couldn't ask for a more amazing place to vacation.
